Orders and availability

Products, flavors, weekly drops, seasonal items, pickup times, and delivery availability may change. An order is accepted when the bakery confirms it and any required payment has been completed.

Custom boxes and substitutions

Custom boxes are prepared according to the selections submitted with the order. If an ingredient or flavor becomes unexpectedly unavailable, the bakery will contact the customer before making a material substitution.

Allergens

Products may contain or come into contact with wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Customers are responsible for sharing allergy concerns before ordering. The kitchen cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.

Pickup and delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. Delivery fees are based on distance, and delivery timing may be affected by weather, traffic, access, or other conditions outside the bakery’s control.

Cancellations and refunds

Because products are freshly made, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on when preparation begins. Final cancellation windows and refund rules should be added here before accepting live orders.

Large orders

Catering, wholesale, and orders over 36 cookies may require advance notice, a deposit, and separate written terms based on quantity, design, packaging, and delivery needs.
